Here is a cute cartoon looking mani for you today. I came across the idea when I was browsing Google for inspiration, and liked it a lot. So here I recreated it for you. Hope you like it :)
This is on of the lines from Golden Rose Fantastic color in number 181.
I applied 2 generous layer of that to get the opacity like this.
First I drew the heart with the Rimmel brush. Since it is a nice wide brush, I only
make 2 strokes, in a kind of "V" shape.
The name of the pink polish is Funtime Fuschia.
Then I outlined it with this black striper polish. And just to make
it look shiny, I added 2 small white dots with a dotting tool.
