Water Decal Wednesday - Red and Lace Look

We're halfway through the week :)  * Happy Dance *  Can you tell I like doing series? Because here I go with another one.  I had a shopping spree online and bought lots of water decals, so I will start doing a look with water decals every Wednesday from now on :)
